This villa is located on 5 minutes walk to the center of Dalyan. All rooms with aircone, clean bedlines and towels.

Living room: LCD TV, satellite receiver, living room, washbasin, WC and bathroom. From the living room exit to swimming pool.
Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, electric kettle, oven, toaster, 12 ppl dishes, spoon and cutlery set, pots and pans, cups.

There is a private swimming pool at the meter 9m X 4 m, depth is 1.60 m.

Garden: Private swimming pool, private garden, sunbathing area, deck chairs, dining table and chairs, shower, sun umbrella and barbecue.

Extras: Our villas are cleanly delivered to the guests at the entrance. There is air conditioning in all rooms and at the saloon. Free internet use is offered.

Important Information: The pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. fuses are not included in the prices. Damage, loss, fracture, spillage, etc. A deposit of 500 Turkish Liras (£ 130) is charged at the entrance. If there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.
