Dalyan Limonlu Konak is inspired by Turkish architecture and as such connects all rooms through ante-rooms. All rooms on Limonlu Konak's front side open directly to the balcony and terrace. The suite apartment and its room on the roof floor is well insulated by its tile flooring.
The ground floor wall is 70cm thick and covered with stone insulation and yutong brick stones. The upper floor's wall is 50cm thick and made of 40cm yutong brick stones.

Living Area
The effective usable space in Limonlu Konak is 450 m2. It comprises 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 anterooms, 5 bedrooms, 1 suit, the basement and two wide and open balconies. 

Bathrooms
There are 4 bathrooms in Limonlu Konak. One of those is in the Turkish Hamam style.

Ground Floor Anteroom
The anteroom on the ground floor is furnished with an antique 125 year old cupboard, a wood-framed mirror, a cloakroom and other antique furniture. The ground floor anteroom contains a traditional sitting corner, lounges, an antique chest, wooden ceiling and wood-framed mirrors. It connects to three bedrooms.

Living Room
the living room is 32m2 large, contains a chimney and a couch set, and a 140cm screen TV. Its floor is covered with valuable Turkish carpentry. The ground floor anteroom (20m2) connects to the kitchen and the living room, and to a separate area with a bedroom and a bathroom.

Pool and Garden

Limonlu Konak comprises 0.3 hectares within a 2.2 hectares large pomegranate orchard. The garden comprises a 55 m² swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Opposite the pool is a nice small barbecue made of stone, with an adjacent small kitchen, stove, and a lounge
